Allan Toner

Allan is an IT veteran with 45+ years of experience having worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region in Software (Oracle), Hardware (Fujitsu), Networking (Cisco), Transformation Services (HP(EDS) and CSC), and Cloud Services (AWS and Google Cloud).

He established AT Consulting (ATC) in January 2024. Through ATC, he has successfully provided both team and individual business coaching to numerous organizations, including individuals with teams of over 10,000. ATC is focused on assisting organizations maximize their sales and general management capabilities and enhancing the career prospects of their team members.

Before ATC, he successfully established and managed both high-performance field sales teams and partner sales teams across Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China.

Allan has the unique distinction of having led the Partnerships and Alliances Teams for Southeast Asia for both AWS and Google Cloud. Whilst at Google Cloud, Allan refined the partner strategy and accelerated the business performance of the Southeast Asia Partnerships and Alliances business, and was the onboarding mentor for the Korean, Greater China, and Aust/NZ Google Cloud Partnership Country Leaders.

At AWS he established a team in 7 ASEAN countries and developed the partner strategy to satisfy the cloud transformation needs of AWS customers.

Though from Australia originally, Allan has been a resident of Singapore for over 18 years. On multiple occasions, Allan has been invited to be a guest lecturer to final year MBA students in Sydney and Malaysia.

Allan holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, with a major in Accounting and a Sub Major in Computing Science. He is an associate member of the Australian Certified Practicing Accountants and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia known formerly as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

In his spare time, Allan is a keen but tragic golfer, and also a musician, having previously played in bands that supported international acts such as AC/DC.
