From managing customer service teams and running call centers across the world to leading large engineering teams – Michael has earned a name for himself in the telecommunications industry from when he began his career over 21 years ago. He first worked at British multinational telecommunications giant BT Group, and during that time he had a variety of senior leadership roles covering on & offshore desk management as well as field engineering management. Michael has also worked in Malaysia, supporting Telekom Malaysia with the leadership and performance management of their contact centers across the country’s capital Kuala Lumpur. Through these experiences, he has gained valuable insight into how different cultures approach customer service as a whole, and as a result has become a leader who prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being above all else. He is currently Senior Operations Manager at Virgin Media O2.
