Dr. Francis Goh

Francis has over 20 years of international experience in the technology and energy industries, having had numerous P&L and high-impact leadership roles with global leaders such as Accenture, SAP, HP, Microsoft and ExxonMobil. During this time, Francis has worked across Asia, Europe and the United States.

Francis is currently the Vice President of AI & Data, Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc, a trusted global innovator of business and technology services. Before NTT, he was a Senior Advisor with Bain & Company and Digital Innovation Leader at Amazon Web Services.

He was previously the Founder and CEO of HehSed Consulting, which specialises in corporate strategy, digital innovation and leadership strategies. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Mercer and Regional Head of Sales for Microsoft.

Francis specialises in the areas of emerging solutions, breakthrough business models and innovation. He has a proven track record in building high-performing teams and overachieving both revenue and profit targets consistently. He has a strong reputation for developing and deploying new business go-to-market strategies across sales, operations and resource management.
