Dave has over two decades of leadership experience in the area of Customer Care, and has held senior positions in companies such as Nokia, Microsoft, Vodafone, and currently, Lenovo.

Dave is currently heading EMEA Customer Care for Lenovo Ecommerce. He has a wealth of global Customer Care and CXX operational transformation expertise, having led Customer Care transformations across companies like Vodafone Automotive, Ingram Micro, as well as being part of the Microsoft Global Customer Care leadership team covering Microsoft Devices APAC and China. He has held similar senior roles in the Nokia Global Customer Care Organization in Australia, Singapore, India, UK and Eurasia, where he managed teams of over 900.

He has a passion for Rugby Union and has played all round the world with the Royal Navy. His wife is from Australia and has 3 children, all born on different continents. He also holds an MBA from Henley and is a dual citizen of UK and Australia. Dave was in the Royal Navy for 13 years, and during his time there he played a 40 minute rugby game in the South Pole. It was -24°C, and he was very cold afterwards.
