Intrigued by a problem statement "our sales teams can't reach customers and open the conversation" set out by a sales leader, something within Neha clicked. After six years of building research and insights as a business analyst, she decided to switch career paths from strategy and operations to social business transformation. Neha has over 12 years of experience ranging from managing sales programs, business development, finance, operations, strategy to leadership. She was the former Head of Business Development, JAPAC at Oracle and is now a Sales Program Lead there. Her passion for social selling drives Neha to design and deliver engaging workshops, training courses, webinars and initiatives with the aim of educating sales professionals on how to better engage customers online using social tools and strategies.
