Kelly Jessop is currently leading Client Centricity & Advocacy at IBM Sales, where her primary responsibility is to enhance IBM's client leadership and market positioning. She focuses on providing a unique and exceptional experience that aligns IBM's solutions, partnerships, services, and industry expertise with the specific needs of each client.
Previously, Kelly served as the leader of IBM's Salesforce services business across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In this role, she facilitated transformative outcomes for enterprise clients across various Salesforce clouds and capabilities. Additionally, Kelly played a key role in the global integration of Bluewolf, an acquisition made by IBM.
With over 25 years of experience in strategy, operations consulting, and complex digital transformation, Kelly has served organizations globally. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including financial services (consumer banking, wealth management, and capital markets), as well as retail, travel, transportation, and hospitality.
Although Kelly lived in Thailand during her childhood and was fluent in the language, she has since lost her vocabulary. However, her impeccable accent remains intact. Whenever she visits Thai restaurants, one of her favorite pastimes is astonishing the staff by ordering in the local language, showcasing her familiarity with the culture and customs.
