Kelly Jessop leads Client Centricity & Advocacy across IBM Sales. In this role, Kelly is responsible for elevating IBM’s client leadership and positioning in the market with a signature experience that brings the company’s solutions, partnerships, services, and industry clouds and architectures to support the critical needs of each client.
Previously, Kelly led IBM’s Salesforce services business across the US, Canada, and Latin America, providing enterprise clients with transformational outcomes across all Salesforce clouds and capabilities. Prior to that role, Kelly led the global integration of Bluewolf, an IBM acquisition.
Kelly has over 25 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting and complex digital transformation serving organizations across the globe. Kelly has served clients in all areas of financial services including consumer banking, wealth management, and capital markets as well as in the retail, travel, transportation, and hospitality industries.
Fun Fact Kelly lived in Thailand as a child. She used to speak the language but has since lost her vocabulary. However, her accent is still flawless. One of her favorite things to do when visiting Thai restaurants is to astonish the staff by ordering like a local.
