Brett is currently Lead Consultant for Arise Virtual Solutions' Customer Engagement and Experience Consulting practice, his success is derived from enabling organizations at any stage and in any industry to deliver value to their customers, employees, and organization through intentional customer engagements. He excels at driving customer and employee loyalty that improves the organizational bottom line. He is also a Co-Founder of Service Matters LLC, a Customer Experience & Brand Ambassador Think Tank and is renowned for delivering operations excellence, leveraging best-in-class customer support cultures and infrastructures.
Prior to joining Arise Virtual Solutions in 2023, Brett Frazer was the VP of Customer Service for Sunbasket, Inc. In this capacity, he led all aspects of the company’s Customer Service function and worked directly with the C-Suite and other senior leaders of the company.
