Brett Frazer has invested the past 26 years of his professional work in understanding and advancing customer and employee experiences across startup environments like Sunbasket and Hamsa and multinational organizations like Microsoft, Adobe, and now Intuit.
He was previously the Lead Consultant for Arise Virtual Solutions' Customer Engagement and Experience Consulting practice. Through intentional customer engagements, he enabled organizations at all stages and in any industry to deliver value to their customers, employees, and organization.
Before that, Brett was the VP of Customer Service for Sunbasket. He led all aspects of the company’s Customer Service function and worked directly with the company’s C-Suite and other senior leaders to deliver amazing and delicious end-to-end customer experiences.
He is also a Co-Founder of Service Matters LLC, a Customer Experience & Brand Ambassador Think Tank, and developer and author of “The 5 As of Successful Customer Engagement”, the Next Generation Human Interaction Framework (TM).
A native of New Zealand, Brett has lived and worked in five countries (if you count Texas and California as two different counties), and is an award-winning photographer.
