Stephanie used to lead PwC Singapore’s marketing and communications team for a year and a half where she was tasked to transform the function as well as lead a 40 strong team. She oversaw all aspects of marketing, creative, digital, events, communications and branding. Her responsibilities included strategy development, team leadership, and managing key campaigns. PwC, which stands for PricewaterhouseCooper, is one of the Big Four Accounting Firms that operates across 157 countries. Stephanie also led the brand positioning of the firm across the Asia Pacific region, reviewing and advising on PwC's go to market approach and working closely with the territory leads to execute.
Stephanie currently sits on the board of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, a non-profit membership organisation for management and leadership competence and excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Stephanie is also a Graduate of the Company Directors Course, run by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Before her secondment to Singapore, Stephanie was in PwC Australia where she was the Senior Marketing Manager for close to 5 years and drove PwC's marketing initiatives in the South Australian market across a range of end to end marketing campaigns. She then took on the role of National State Marketing Leader where she created and implemented state-wide marketing strategies.
