Rohan honed his customer service skills in various industries from hospitality to tech. He started working in the global hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent for JW Marriott and Radisson Collection in the Middle East and India. He pivoted over to the tech industry, taking up the role of the Associate Customer Support Specialist, where he upskilled in technical skills and competencies while mentoring new hires. Currently, he serves as the Customer Support and Service Facilitator at Hubspot overseeing the onboarding of new hires to the team and coaching them in customer service skills. Throughout his career, Rohan has been committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of support specialists, helping them develop their skills to provide an impeccable customer experience.
Fun fact: Rohan has been a victim of a mugging twice in his life… the perpetrator, a monkey.
