Rick Harshman

Rick Harshman is the SVP and Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Japan for UiPath. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and growth, expanding customer and strategic partner engagements, as well as articulating the fully automated enterprise vision of UiPath.

Prior to this, Rick was Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Google Cloud for nearly 5 years. During his tenure, he led all revenue and go-to-market operations for Google Cloud, including Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Hangouts), in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to Google Cloud, he was at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for more than six years in a variety of management roles and had a track record in driving revenue growth across multiple markets. He was Head of India for AWS and played an instrumental role in establishing AWS presence and business in India before he was appointed as the Head of ASEAN. He also held management positions at Akamai Technologies in the United States, Australia, and Singapore.

Rick graduated in Business and Finance from Seattle Pacific University. He was born in the United States and has lived in Australia and Singapore. Outside of work, he is passionate about all things music, food, wine, and climate change activism.
