At ADP, Reddy held COO responsibilities for two service business units with +$200M revenue and served as the trusted business advisor to the GM. He turned around the two businesses and improved operating margins by 11%. In his 19 years at Intel, he managed the company’s flagship products and delivered huge cost reductions, and held senior positions such as Senior Director of Client Platforms, Director of Customer Management, and Director of Strategic Planning & Operations.
