Georgia Watson is IBM's Sales Enablement & Skills Transformation Lead for Europe, Middle East & Africa. She has won multiple awards in the areas of sales enablement and innovation, such as "Most Innovative Woman of the Year" and "Top 20 Sales Enablement Influencer".
Fun Fact When she is not working, Georgia can either be found playing superheroes with her sons or hiding from them trying to sneak in some yoga.
Full Bio Georgia is an international enablement and learning leader with a passion for innovation and inclusion. She has been delivering sales enablement programs and transformative learning for IBM across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and is working with RMIT Activator, a unit within the RMIT University Australia responsible for pushing the edges of innovation and entrepreneurial education and building a community of the most ambitious founders, intrapreneurs and partners.
Working in the technology and education industries, Georgia has gained her experience working across and living in the very different contexts of Australia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East receiving many accolades for the innovative learning experiences, results and impact created.
Some of her recent awards include Innovator for the Year - Sales Enablement Collective 2021, and Sales Enablement Program of the Year - Silver Stevie Award 2021.
