Bidhan Roy

Bidhan is a global C-Level Business Development leader. In his over 20 years of experience, Bidhan has gained experience across general management, business transformation, M&A, partner lifecycle management, as well as stakeholder management. He is particularly well-versed in the IT and Telecommunications industries, where he develops partner channels and helms sales and marketing efforts.

In his previous role as a Managing director for ASEAN, Bidhan led a diverse, cross-cultural team of 70. Not only does he drive revenue and profit targets in the commercial segment to maintain Cisco’s lead in Asia, he is also actively growing and elevating SME markets in the region. Under his leadership, the team has managed to demonstrate consistent growth that’s three times that of the market! Bidhan also played a role in building new partner capabilities for Cisco that saw a 33% increase in partner activations.

Bidhan was awarded "People Leader of Year 2018" for his exceptional achievements for Cisco Systems.
