Stacy McCarthy

Stacy has over 30 years of experience as an international executive, a military officer and a Board director. Her career has spanned 9 countries, where she led regional infrastructure operations for a Fortune 50 firm across Asia, Middle East & Africa. In the Asian region, she transformed the team into an energized organization that supported a 22% growth in the region, a reduction in operating costs, and a spike in employee engagement to 91%. Previously, Stacy led strategic planning for a defence business. She was also an investment banker, a professional staffer on the United States Senate Defence Appropriations Committee and was a commander in the U.S. Navy with two command tours. She is currently an executive coach and leadership development consultant.

Stacy’s approach to coaching blends her deep understanding of the strategic and commercial world and cultural diversity with coaching and psychometric assessment tools. She enables teams and individuals to explore their leadership style, operating rhythm and mindsets to develop new insights and drive organisational and professional growth.

Stacy is a trained executive coach with the ICF accredited Neuro-Leadership Institute. She is also a member of the ICF, the Women Corporate Directors, and is certified to deliver Hogan assessments in Symbolic Modeling. She also sits on the board of the USS Midway Foundation and the advisory board for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
