Ruchika Sharma

Ruchika has worked in renowned multinational firms like Coca-Cola, Bloomberg and Standard Chartered Bank in markets spanning Asia, the Middle East and Africa. She brings over 15 years of expertise in Leadership Development, Talent Management, D&I and Learning Technologies to her current role as Chief People Officer at Achievement First. Consistently rated one of the top charter school networks in the US, AF educates nearly 15,000 students, primarily Black and Latinx children from low-income families.

She was previously the Learning Technology Lead for Amazon Web Services globally where she scaled learning during hypergrowth, in the flow of work, with inventive technologies.

Ruchika has extensive experience in advising and coaching senior leaders and teams in Asia. As a “third-culture kid” who grew up in multiple countries, she is especially passionate about developing Asian leaders for global firms.
