Rebecca Orme

Rebecca Orme is an Australian expat living in Singapore, having also lived and worked in New York City. After starting her role at FedEx Express in Singapore in 2014, she was appointed the Managing Director of the South East Asia Legal team in June 2017, just a few months before her third child was born.

She was previously Senior Legal Counsel and Vice President of GfK Custom Research based in New York. Before seeing the light and moving in-house, Rebecca worked in private practice for leading Australian and New York law firms.

Rebecca is a certified organizational coach and is one of the founding coaches of the FedEx coaching faculty. She is also an experienced mentor.

Rebecca is passionate about the rise and retention of professional women in the workplace, driven from her experience in law firms where most women leave after having children and where there are few women in leadership positions.
