Mohamed Mesbah

Mesbah currently heads the Customer Service EMEA team at Amazon, and has spent his career specializing in customer service. Previously, he was a senior customer service & sales agent for Vodafone, where he also led the customer service team. He is a Customer Service Management Instructor, and is also certified in Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Fundamentals, who happens to be a German teacher as well!
