Madhu is a Service Operations and Transformation Leader in the Medical Devices industry, driven by a passion for delivering cutting-edge medical technology to underserved regions and empowering healthcare providers to save lives—ultimately transforming societies. With over 15 years of diverse experience, she has excelled in roles spanning R&D, Software Project Management, Telemedicine Operations, and Customer Services. Her expertise lies in Connected Healthcare and Service Transformation, where she thrives on driving innovation and impactful change.

Having lived and worked in three countries and managing teams across 10, Madhu brings a global perspective and cross-cultural leadership to her work. She is a dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and actively mentors individuals to help them discover their potential and achieve their goals. As the chairperson of her organization’s Pride Network, Madhu champions inclusivity and fosters a culture of belonging.

Outside of work, Madhu’s world revolves around her three daughters, who inspire her every day. In the rare moments of free time, she enjoys traveling and catching up on binge-worthy shows she wishes she had more time for.
