Madhav Nayak

Madhav has a 10-year strong track record in building and leading large businesses, brands and teams in complex, fast-paced environments. As the previous Global Marketing Director at Unilever, he led the Marketing and Innovation program for Fabric Care globally (covering Asia, Europe, and Latin America) with P&L responsibility for the South-East Asia and ANZ Cluster. Madhav is also a member of the Global Leadership Team and South-East Asia ANZ Cluster Leadership team

Madhav’s work has won several awards including Tangram’s (AMES) Effectiveness Silver 2017, Cannes Lion 2015 (Silver) and Clio (Bronze) for the Comfort 'SofTest'. Comfort Vietnam’s video campaign “Scent of Your Loved One” went viral and went on to become one of the top 5 most shared videos. He is also a ESSEC Visiting Faculty member on Brand Management and Digital Marketing.
