Lyubomir’s expertise is performance marketing for e-commerce, CRM personalisation and customer segmentation, which he has applied across industries including retail, tech, and telcos. He is currently an SVP of Marketing at NTUC Enterprise, where he heads up marketing for FairPrice Digital Business as well as a Customer Analytics COE team. Lyubomir covers marketing across the entire user funnel from acquisition to engagement and retention.
Prior to joining NTUC, Lyubomir spent six years as project manager at Roland Berger in SEA and Europe. As a management consultant, Lyubomir led international projects in digitalisation, new market entry, commercial due diligence, pricing optimization and digital marketing. He also served as GM for a Rocket Internet owned e-commerce business in South East Europe.
