Kay Oswald

Kay is currently a Corporate Executive at Technogym, a leading company in the field of commercial and home gym equipment. He's previously worked with brands like SmileDirectClub, KitchenAid, and Philips.

In his current role, Kay builds, leads, and elevates premium consumer brands as market leaders across global regions. A value creator, Kay is highly experienced in transforming fast-paced startups, pre-IPO, and public companies in the DTC, B2B, and B2B2C spaces. His ability to tactfully blend strategy, operations, and people leadership has enabled premium consumer brands to scale globally and achieve double-digit growth.

During his time at SmileDirectClub, he led the international business function to become the company's fastest-growing segment, raising revenue from $0 to $150M. At KitchenAid, he innovated new financing models, increased product customization, and rolled out flagship KitchenAid brand stores.

Kay currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for A111, an operator-led private investment firm, and is on the Board of Directors of Hanseatic Ltd. He co-founded Mi Abuelito Te Presta, a micro-credit fintech startup supporting women in Mexico, actively advises several startups in Australia and the US.

Fun fact: Kay was selected for a reality TV show to travel from Moscow to Beijing on $2 a day with a friend, but it never happened as his friend couldn't take time off.
