A proven driver of sales growth and a charmer of customers, James currently leads the eBusiness for the APAC region at Chanel. He was previously a B2C Commercial Manager (Omni-Channel) at Nespresso.
James joined Nespresso 15 years ago as a coffee specialist, answering calls in the UK customer relationship center. In two short years, his passion for innovation and transformation saw his promotion to the global eCommerce team in Lausanne. There, he worked on critical projects that helped reshape the company's digital strategy. In 2014, James landed in Singapore, where he spent the next seven years leading teams across various functions, including eCommerce, CRC, and omni-channel strategy.
Before joining the corporate world, James setup and ran a backpackers lodge called "James' Joint" in Malawi, Central Africa.
