Heidi is the founder of a D&I consultancy LIVING INSTITUTE, working with brands such as L'Oreal, Carlsberg, Deloitte, and LEGO. She is also the author of Diversity Intelligence: How to Create a Culture of Inclusion for your Business (2021) – a step-by-step handbook on enhancing diversity, equity, and belonging by fostering a culture of inclusion in organizations worldwide.

Full Bio Heidi Andersen is a frequent keynote speaker, lecturer, and media contributor. She is an expert on diversity intelligence, and primarily works in organizations enhancing gender balance and cultural intelligence.

Heidi is the author of Diversity Intelligence: How to Create a Culture of Inclusion for your Business (2021) – a step-by-step handbook on enhancing diversity, equity, and belonging by fostering a culture of inclusion in organizations worldwide.

She has worked with communications and corporate identity at Bang & Olufsen, has held prominent positions in private organisations, and cofounded several cultural institutions.

Heidi studied Strategy, Growth, and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School, and she is a certified LEGO Serious Play Practitioner.

She is a member of LIVING INSTITUTE’s Global Task Force and has been working in the USA, India, Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Estonia, Slovenia, Norway, and Portugal. She is also a member of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals Advisory Board of the Federation of Danish Industry.

Heidi has facilitated diversity solutions for Engie, Deloitte, Kirkbi, Econ, Novo Nordisk, Esprit, Vestas, SAP, Carlsberg, Rockwool, LEGO, Rambøll, L’Oreal, Bayer, Danfoss, Grundfos, Skov, Leo Pharma, Danske Bank, Nordea, SimCorp, The Danish Composer’s Society, Siemens, Symphogen, Denmarks Technical University, Copenhagen Business School, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Denmarks Sports Confederation.

She regularly lectures at Copenhagen Business School on Diversity Intelligence and Cross-culture Communication.
