Grant Glaser

Grant made his first sale at age 14, working as a magician’s assistant at a summer fair. Since then, he’s worked in technology in roles spanning: sales development, customer success, solution engineering, leadership, enablement, innovation & strategy, and executive coaching. He received 8 promotions in 10 years, was a recognized Solutions Engineer in 2015 & 2016, had an impressive 155+% quota attainment as an AE for 2017 & 2018, and was a 4x Dreamforce attendee and keynote speaker.

Currently, Grant is an Executive Coach working with new, experienced, and in-need leaders at Salesforce. He helps uncover what drives, motivates, and inspires them to show up each day fulfilled and drive personal and team success.

Grant holds a degree in Psychology & Communications from Western University in Ontario, Canada, a certificate in Organizational Leadership from The University of Toronto, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business & Technology.

When he’s not tinkering with tech or being a learning nerd, Grant is an avid fitness fan & outdoor junkie: running, biking, hiking, swimming - the works! A life-long learner, he loves to expand his mind with a good podcast, video, book, or movie.
