Gaurav Girotra

Gaurav is the GM at Tinder and Match Group, where he is responsible for growing Match Group's family of apps, such as Tinder, OkCupid, Hawaya, Hinge and many more, across South East Asia and Korea. His core responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, stakeholder engagement and driving the overall leadership in the region.

Prior to joining Match Group, Gaurav worked on business development and partnerships for Facebook across Asia. He also spent a large part of his career in the management consulting space at Accenture and Tata Group in India where he helped his clients set up new businesses and excel in existing ones.
