Dhruv Vohra

Dhruv is passionate about the Internet Economy and the components that make it work, in particular startups and early stage investors. He is currently the Director of Digital Natives and Technology at Facebook.

Prior to Facebook, Dhruv led several business teams at Google for the better part of the last decade. He is now part of an early stage accelerator called Xoogler Angels (XA) that is focused on the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia, and a member of Madison Capital, which is an early stage fund in India. He is a close observer of consumer trends in developing economies, and is excited about Southeast Asia and APAC, the undisputed growth engines of the world. Having worked in sales for the majority of his career, he is a keen student of behaviours that make sales people click in the long term, and techniques that enable high talent sales teams to maintain equanimity through the highs and lows of commercial roles.
