A creative marketer with over 19 years of experience, Dhruv is currently the Founder and CEO of KashKounter. He was formerly SVP, Group Head, Affiliate Marketing, Alibaba South East Asia (Lazada) and South Asia (Daraz).
Previously, Dhruv led the Asia-Pacific expansion for Blueshift – a San Francisco based SaaS company focused on marketing automation, programmatic CRM and personalizing the customer journey. He sold automation solutions to several e-commerce, travel, and retail brands in the APAC region and established Blueshift's regional presence through content marketing, events, sponsorships and PR.
Prior to this, Dhruv was the Head of Affiliate Marketing, APAC for Groupon India, after his role as AVP of Marketing there. In addition to leading out-of-the-box marketing strategies, he was in charge of driving strategy, implementation and optimization of one of Groupon’s largest marketing channels, increasing traffic, registrations and revenue at a positive ROI. He managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget and increased distribution for Groupon through key partnerships across Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
