Anand Roy

Anand is an Emmy-nominated Disney veteran of 17 years, recently moving on to join Philippines-based live-streaming platform kumu, as senior vice president for strategy and international.

At Disney, Anand oversaw the Music and Live Entertainment businesses in Southeast Asia, bringing a deep understanding of the trends in entertainment and music worlds to his role. Anand was a musician in the past, after which he moved into the production side of the business, leading the rollout of all the big productions in the region, most recently Aladdin, Lion King, Elton John, Mulan and Avatar movies.
