with

Tomissa Smittendorf, Senior Director of Commercial Capabilities, Kellanova

It’s a story of incredible leadership, of trust and authenticity, and of first-class change activation with a people-first mindset. Because as Kellogg assured its employees during this period of major change, “a lot of things might be changing, but one thing that will not change is our investment in you.”
