Vicky has a passion to help businesses grow at scale, and a 25-year long track record of driving strong technology adoption and innovation across the APAC region.

As the Head of APAC & Japan at Workplace by Facebook, Vicky connects organisations with digital solutions to accelerate their processes. She is excited by the prospect of generational transformation in global workplaces, and seeing the future authors of change as they explore new ways of communicating and expressing their creativity.

Prior to joining Facebook, Vicky directed LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions business in APAC & Japan where she was named ‘Leader of the Year’ – LinkedIn’s top global leadership award for managers. Vicky was instrumental in helping clients in the region challenge traditional sales routes via social selling.

Vicky is also passionate about causes such as women’s development in tech, and is actively involved in a number of mentorship programs.
