Tracy is known as a business transformation expert, who builds sustaining high-performance teams and effective management systems by creating a culture of inclusion, radical collaboration, and a growth mindset. In her current role as the leader of the IBM Canada Client Innovation Centres, with over 1,000 employees in near-shore centers, she supports North American clients to optimize their business models by leveraging digital technologies, open hybrid cloud, and AI solutions. Tracy also is on the LGS Advisory Executive Board, an affiliate of IBM Canada, and on the Executive Leadership team that sponsors the Advancing Women Program in our Consulting business. Tracy’s previous roles include COO for Global Business Services and the Executive Chief of Staff for GM of IBM Canada. Earlier in her career, Tracy created and led global Centres of Excellence, supporting sales management processes, in Bratislava, Bangalore, Delhi, Beijing, and Japan.
