Tanie Eio is an active advocate for women’s leadership development, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Based in the US, she is currently the VP of HRBP for 6 Corporate Functions at UPS where she shapes and drives comprehensive HR strategies to impact performance globally.
Previously, she served UPS in Singapore, Hong Kong and Belgium where she oversaw HR operations for nearly 47,000 employees in 24 countries, and actively participated in the UPS European Women Leadership Develop (WLD) groups and the launch of a new Mentorship Program.
Her 25 years of experience in HR across Asia, Europe and the United States comes in handy when leading organisational transformation through HR programs that nurture and empower UPS talents to serve the evolving logistics and commerce needs of its customers worldwide. Tanie’s work at UPS has led her to be recognised as the 2007 Employer of Choice by Hewitt Associates in Singapore.
Additionally, she led the development and implementation of the first UPS Asia Pacific Vision Map, shaping the company’s culture to tackle the evolving economic climate, and equipping current and future employees with the tools to drive the company’s business vision.
