Susan Jin Davis

Susan Jin Davis is a highly respected leader in the telecommunications, media, entertainment, and technology industries. She currently holds the position of Social Impact Officer at Al Roker Entertainment, a leading producer of TV, digital, and branded programming. Additionally, Susan serves as an advisor for ALO Advisors, specializing in sustainability, diversity, and corporate social responsibility.

Susan's expertise lies in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). During her time at Comcast Corporation, where she held various senior executive roles over a 15-year career, she negotiated a historic Memorandum of Understanding between Comcast and the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) national community as part of the company's acquisition of NBCUniversal.

Susan is an active advocate for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in business and corporate America. She currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) and is a board member of the Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship (National ACE).

Recognized for her influence and impact, Susan was featured on the "Most Influential Minorities in Cable" list by Cablefax. Her dedication extends beyond her professional roles as she also serves as a Senior Advisor on Social Impact & Sustainability for Philadelphia Soccer 2026, focusing on human rights issues such as worker rights, housing, discrimination, safety and security, and grievances in support of Philadelphia's bid to be a host city for the World Cup games in 2026.
