Sonali Roychowdhury

Sonali Roychowdhury is a true HR powerhouse, with a wealth of leadership experience in HR partnerships, talent development, change management, and M&A. Her dedication to building inclusive cultures and high-performing teams in diverse business contexts has earned her a formidable reputation in the industry. She is currently the Vice President of HR for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) at Kellogg. Prior to joining Kellogg, Sonali was with P&G for almost 25 years, working extensively across Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Sonali holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Xavier School of Management (XLRI, India) and an advanced coaching certification from Teachers college, Columbia University in the US. She’s also a total violin rockstar and is even qualified to teach.
