Bubu.com, initially a web development company, evolved into a venture builder in 2019. Under its umbrella, ventures like Bubu Gaming and Startupindonesia.co emerged, showcasing Shinta's commitment to innovation. She's also been influential in Plasa.com, a Telkom Indonesia-owned e-commerce marketplace, and served as the Managing Partner at Nusantara Ventures.
Shinta's impact extends globally through initiatives like the Silicon Valley Asia Technology Alliance and Angel EQ Network. Recently appointed to the Asia Gender Network, she collaborates with the Gates Foundation on gender equality causes.
