Shinta, a seasoned figure in the tech industry, has been a trailblazer since founding her first company, Bubu.com, in 1996. As the CEO, she continues to make waves in Indonesia's digital landscape. Recognized as one of the "99 Most Powerful Women" by Globe Asia and acknowledged in Tatler and Forbes Indonesia Magazine, Shinta is an award-winning entrepreneur.
Bubu.com, initially a web development company, evolved into a venture builder in 2019. Under its umbrella, ventures like Bubu Gaming and Startupindonesia.co emerged, showcasing Shinta's commitment to innovation. She's also been influential in Plasa.com, a Telkom Indonesia-owned e-commerce marketplace, and served as the Managing Partner at Nusantara Ventures.
Shinta's impact extends globally through initiatives like the Silicon Valley Asia Technology Alliance and Angel EQ Network. Recently appointed to the Asia Gender Network, she collaborates with the Gates Foundation on gender equality causes. In 2021, Shinta joined Fat Projects Acquisition Corporation as a Senior Advisory Board member.
As the Chairwoman of Supergirls in Tech, she spearheads a program addressing gender inequality in tech. Shinta, with over a decade's involvement in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Indonesia, currently heads the permanent committee for Research and Technology in the Digital sector at KADIN.
