Shane, recently recognized as a global "Top Training Voice" on LinkedIn, boasts over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D) and Operations Support/Shared Services within the banking and outsourcing sectors. Presently, he serves as the regional head of shared services at Transcom, a prominent global outsourcing firm.

Hailing from Canada, Shane has made the Philippines his home for over a decade, fully immersing himself in its culture and professional landscape. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he cherishes his roles as a husband and a father to two young daughters.
