Recently named as a global “Top Training Voice” on LinkedIn, Shane has spent 15+ years in L&D and Operations Support/ Shared Services roles working in both banking and outsourcing organizations. He is the Vice President for Learner Experience (LX) at Foundever, an analyst-recognized global leader in the CX industry.
He was previously the Vice President of Support Services for the Global Support Center at Transcom, a global outsourcing organization.
Originally from Canada, he has been living and working in the Philippines for over a decade which he now calls home. Outside of work he’s a husband, a father to two young girls and a recovering DJ who still gets behind the turntables from time to time.
