Saurabh Jain

Saurabh’s expertise lies in organisation design, managing complex change programmes, HR transformation, leadership development and reward management. Over the last 17 years he has lent his skills to multiple industries like financial services, chemicals and automobiles across global markets such as India, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is currently the Head of HR for APAC at ABN AMRO Bank, where he is responsible for designing and executing the people strategy for the bank.

Prior to this, Saurabh worked at Standard Chartered Bank in several roles where he would advise leaders on areas such as navigating different phases of growth, building a strong corporate culture and meeting strategic goals. He started his career journey in the manufacturing sector where he managed factory HR and industrial relations.

Saurabh is a trained Co-Active Coach currently pursuing his certification in coaching (CPCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He works with his clients on: Navigating Transitions | Self-Discovery & Development | Leadership Effectiveness
