Saul Van Beurden is the Head of Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) at Wells Fargo, where he oversees services for consumer, small, and business banking customers across digital platforms, retail branches, ATMs, and customer service centers.
Previously, he served as Head of Technology, leading a global team of IT and security professionals. During his tenure, he implemented an engineering-led IT strategy that advanced the company’s transformation in risk management and innovation.
Committed to inclusion, Saul is the executive co-sponsor of the Disability Connection Employee Resource Network and launched the Neurodiversity Hiring program in Technology in 2020, a program that has since expanded to other parts of the company. He also serves on the Board of the Wells Fargo Foundation, leveraging philanthropy to support community impact.
Before joining Wells Fargo in April 2019, Saul was the Chief Information Officer for Consumer and Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase. His career also includes leadership roles in Technology and Operations at Marsh & McLennan, ING Group, and other firms in his native Netherlands.
Saul is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Museum of American Finance and is based in New York.
