Santosh Ambike

Santosh spent over 13 years with BP Castrol in various roles. Until recently, Santosh was the Regional Transformation Manager for Asia-Pacific and Head of Finance for the Middle East and Indonesia. Based in Singapore, Santosh headed up Finance and Business transformation across Asia-Pacific, where he designed processes, technology transitions, and strategic changes. Responsible for two key Asian growth clusters, Santosh evaluated the feasibility and led commercial negotiations in joint venture business development, organic and inorganic growth projects, and associated contracts and agreements at the corporate/shareholder level.

Santosh was the Business Risk Steward for Asia-Pacific and led the long term strategy in organisation, people, learning, and skills development. He also designed and directed business process outsourcing.
