Robin Cannon

Robin is a leader in innovation, energized by the opportunities that open up when great design, technology, and vision meet.

He is currently the Executive Director, Head of Design Language and Toolkit at J.P. Morgan, leading their design system team, and addressing the challenge of facilitating design excellence at scale. He previously led IBM iX’s global design systems practice, and was the Program Director for the IBM Carbon Design System, where he transformed IBM’s own design system.

Robin has been a development leader across financial, entertainment, waste & recycling, and public sector recruitment industries. He pursues the opportunities available in bringing design, technology, and product vision together, and is enthusiastic about sharing design system expertise to help organizations build great, accessible, experiences.

Robin was the Head Referee for Texas Roller Derby (TXRD) for three years, with the derby name “2 Legit 2 Brit”.
