With over 28 years of experience in business leadership in Asia Pacific and India, Rajesh has worked with companies such as SAP APJ, SAP India, Microsoft, Perfetti, Pernod Ricard, and HCL. He is currently Co-Founder at LeadThink, which supports professionals in their job quests by building their social capital. Rajesh has diverse experience working with start-ups, incubation, emerging markets entry and early growth scenarios in addition to large multinationals.

Rajesh is the Vice President and Head of Marketing for India at UiPath, a global leader in robotic process automation. In this role, he is responsible for establishing brand leadership, driving field marketing and developing partner ecosystems. Prior to that, Rajesh was the Head of Audience & Experiential Marketing for SAP in Asia-Pacific and Japan. In this role, he drove the transformation of marketing to digital paradigms: he led audience and industry marketing, digital and social media, brand stewardship, and customer loyalty. He also served as the Head of Marketing for SAP in the Indian subcontinent for five years, helping drive significant growth for the business.

Rajesh sits on APAC CMO Council advisory board and is a member of the Marketing Society in Singapore. He has been a member of CII National Marketing Committee, India from 2013 - 2014, Chairman of the World Brand Congress from 2012 - 2013, and Chairperson of the Advisory Council for DMAI convention from 2013 - 2016. He was also recognized with Innovation Leadership Award in Asia-Pacific and Japan at SAP twice in a row and honoured as ‘CMO of the Year’ by VARIndia magazine in 2014 and 2018.
