With over 15 years of experience in high-growth tech companies, Priyanka is Intuit Mailchimp’s Global Head of Product. Her expertise lies in building personalized customer experiences in e-commerce, OTT video, pricing systems, and advertising technology for companies including Amazon and Google, and has worked with $200 million marketing budgets.
Before Intuit Mailchimp, she was the Chief Product and Design Officer at Lonely Planet, under parent company Red Ventures. As part of the executive leadership team, she partnered C-suites to drive the company’s digital transformation.
Prior to that, she was with Amazon for over eight years in senior roles such as Global Product & Engineering Leader for Prime Video and Head of Product & Strategy for Worldwide Customer Pricing. She led cross-functional teams of over 100 people and built products that impacted over 100 million customers worldwide.
At Amazon, she built the mobile footprint in India by acquiring 50 million active mobile users in 3 years, quadrupled Kindle's reach in emerging markets, and improved price competitiveness for 40% of Amazon’s shopping categories by building competitive intelligence tools and signals.
She is a strong believer that delivering results and empathetic leadership can and should co-exist. She has a multicultural perspective having lived and worked in Bangalore, Barcelona, Singapore, and Seattle and led teams from diverse cultural backgrounds across three continents. She was also part of Kellogg’s Chief Product Officer Program in 2022 alongside 40 global product leaders.
