Based in Singapore for over two decades, Paul has amassed a wealth of experience in learning and development across the Asia Pacific region. With a decade-long focus on individual, team, and enterprise growth, Paul specializes in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, coaching, and enablement, driving both customer and personal success.

Drawing from his background in direct sales, Paul's expertise in applied learning, coaching, and enablement has been honed through his roles at global enterprises such as Samsung, Qlik, and Palo Alto Networks. Notably, his contributions have led to double-digit growth for each organization, with his innovative program design and facilitation instrumental in Palo Alto Networks JAPAC region achieving the milestone of becoming the first-ever $1 billion cyber security business in 2023.

Paul's commitment to delivering impactful learning outcomes extends to his involvement in various leadership development initiatives and empathetic leadership programs. He regularly leads in-person and virtual workshops catering to up to 200 participants, ensuring a focus on achieving customer learning objectives.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul is deeply passionate about human development. As the founder and Executive Director of the Early Childhood Education Non-Profit, Dreams for Life, he champions the cause of "Eliminating Poverty by Making Education a Reality for Each & Every Child in Need."

Paul holds certifications in various methodologies such as DiSC, Insights Discovery, Multipliers, and SPIN Selling. He is on the verge of achieving his International ICF Coaching accreditation, further solidifying his commitment to driving personal and organizational growth.
