With over 25 years of professional experience spanning multiple Asian countries including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, and India, Paul has consistently delivered trailblazing achievements. Prior to establishing Take-5 Global K.K., he served as CEO & Chairman of Randstad Japan from 2021 to 2023, where he steered one of Randstad's largest operating companies to remarkable revenue growth and profitability. During his tenure as MD and CEO of Randstad India from 2017 to 2021, Paul orchestrated a remarkable turnaround, propelling the company to market leadership and earning recognition as one of India's Best Leaders in Times of Crisis by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

As Head of Asia for en-japan (TSE 4849.t) from 2011 to 2013, Paul solidified his reputation as a thought leader in the region. He is frequently featured in media and serves as a guest speaker at MBA schools and professional associations across Asia, sharing insights on transformational leadership, high performance, and organizational development. Additionally, Paul is a member of the MBA Faculty at GLOBIS University Graduate School.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul is dedicated to social impact and serves as a non-executive Board Member of T.Hasegawa (TSE 4958) and the Board of Directors of HOPE International Sustainable Development Agency (JP). He actively supports clean water projects and microcredit programs in Cambodia, Sudan, and the Philippines, striving to empower the neglected poor towards self-reliance.

An active member of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai), Paul also contributes to the community as Vice-chairman of the marketing committee of the Japan Ice Hockey Federation. His passion for ice hockey extends to volunteering as a coach and supporter in the remote Himalayan region of Northern India, where he organized a Guinness World Record-setting ice hockey game at the highest elevation ever recorded - a frozen lake in Ladakh, 4,361 meters above sea level.
