Once upon a time, a young Canadian man with a sense of adventure, books a one way ticket to Japan, with a red backpack and nowhere to stay. He ends up sleeping on a park bench. 30+ years later and he’s still in Japan, by way of Singapore and India, but he’s a long way from the park bench. He’s now the Japan Chairman and CEO of Randstad, the worlds largest talent company. Along the way he’s learned a thing or two about good leadership, teamwork and the important of self awareness.
