An acclaimed author with a deep background in communications, leadership, and behavioral psychology, Netta has been advising corporations and audiences of all kinds for years on the most effective strategies to address systemic gaps in the workplace, its traumatic impact, and the path to change.
She is currently the CEO of Aerodei. Netta was previously VP, Global Inclusion for leading technology company, Unqork. Before joining Unqork, Netta created and executed strategy as a DEI executive for IAC/InterActiveCorp, tech and media brands with her research data driven knowledge that has over 150 different brands: Match.com, Ask, Vimeo, Care.com and more. Netta has won multiple awards for her corporate and startup diversity impact.
