Namrata has over 15 years of experience senior digital leader with exposure across asset management, retail banking, trust banking, and insurance. Until very recently, Namrata was the Head of Customer and Digital at Prudential, where she was responsible for customer and digital strategy as well as strategy implementation and P&L across customer segments.

Prior to this, Namrata was with Citibank for 11 years in many senior level positions including Regional Head of Digital Engagement and Experience for APAC and Europe. She led cross-functional, cross-border teams to build digital customer experiences and implement solutions in consumer banking and insurance for greater engagement, cross-selling, and retention.

Namrata is part of the Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) within the Women in Fintech Committee and was recognised by SFA as one of the top 20 women in the Fintech community in 2017.
