Michael is the Global Head of Revenue Growth Management at British American Tobacco (BAT) He started with BAT leading Revenue Growth and Performance Management for the organization's US subsidiary Reynolds American after spending the earlier part of his career at AB InBev, PepsiCo, Consumer Insights firm GfK, and the US Army where he served in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan for the 3rd Battalion of the 75th Ranger Regiment. Michael holds a graduate degree from Southern Illinois University in Marketing Research.
