Mateen Kirmani

Mateen is responsible for growing the footprint of Meta’s family of apps through telco partnerships in Southeast Asia.

Before joining Meta, he led the partnerships team at Circles.Life, the world’s first fully digital telco founded in Singapore in 2016 and backed by one of the world’s most prominent venture capital firms. At Circles.Life, he fostered strategic partnerships with companies including DBS, Whatsapp and American Express to drive growth.

Prior to heading partnerships at Circles.Life, Mateen was the Director of Strategy and Marketing at InterClo. Before that, he was the Head of Marketing at Rocket Internet’s e-commerce juggernaut Zalora in South East Asia.
