An Organizational Behavior specialist with over 15 years of experience, Manavi has built teams and managed talent across the Consulting, Services, Manufacturing and Technology industries. She has worked in a diverse range of environments, from start-ups to legacy organizations, millennials to X-Geners. Wherever she goes, she delivers comprehensive people strategies to fuel organizational growth.
Manavi is passionate about the role of emerging technology and its potential role in people processes & products and she continuously draws from her knowledge in human psychology, design thinking, and technology, to build HR approaches and solutions geared towards the future of work.
Manavi has a masters in Human Psychology and is a certified coach. She spends her time outside of Uber passionately helping people (womxn) to better align their work lives and wellbeing.
